We have a unit of I+D+i which has the aim of contributing to the development of innovative capacities and strategies for living out our old age, for chronic cases and for dependent cases.
We have accumulated more than 25 years experience by working in these areas and we can return some of this experience to society and at the same time increase our value by capturing, developing and spreading the knowledge obtained through a process of open and shared investigation.
To do so, we are taking part in investigation projects (mainly applied) about technological developments and innovation, with the aim of collaborating in the creation of new systems of rehabilitation. Furthermore, we are trying to apply our knowledge in the field of disability and dependence in order to find vertical solutions from different sectors.
Technologist
In a pioneering way in Navarra for a social entity, we have incorporated a technologist into our team. Mischell Cadena is a biomedical engineer and is currently developing several technologies that will improve the lives of users, such as an application to improve the speech of people with dysarthria and a sensor for wheelchairs to prevent falls and bumps.
