The "Active aging” Campaign
The aging process begins at about the age of 30 which is when the genetic program begins to deteriorate at a rhythm of 1% annually. That is to say, by the age of 50, we will have lost between 20% and 40% of our regenerative capacity. Now it becomes more difficult to lose weight…certain hormones begin to lower their levels…we suffer memory loss…The good news is that this is not a wholly irremediable process and we can help you to make it a slower process.
