The Adacen Living Lab in the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL)
It is the first entity from Navarra to form part of this innovative network.
This Living Lab is an experimental site which tries to make it easier for users, designers, researchers and companies can co-work on testing and developing products aimed at neurological rehabilitation and the development of self-sufficiency aids. Its aim is the creation of new facilities and services as well as infrastructures aim at the real needs people who are facing neurological rehabilitation and the challenges of growing old.
For its start-up and future development, it has its own methodology and specialized personnel who work on neurological rehabilitation and people with disabilities as well as treatment for the aged. Their outlook is to develop a process of innovation centered on the person.
 
This Project is lead by Adacen along with the Public University of Navarra, the organization Aspace Navarra and Social Innovation Unit of the Government of Navarra. It is financed by European Social Funds, The Government of Navarra, and the la Convocatoria Innova Social of the Foundation Caja Navarra and the La Caixa Foundation.
 
The following entities collaborate on the development of technologies, alongside the members: Tecnalia, Zabala Consulting, Gogoa,The Spanish National Federation of Cerebral Damage (FEDACE), Eodyne, Inpactos, Movalsys, The University of Valladolid, The Public University of the Basque Country, Neuropersonal Guttman Trainer-Institute and Vitia.
 
Belongings to this network of European Innovation will allow Adacen to interchange experience and knowledge with livings labs of a similar type located in other countries.
